Creating a project

To export items from your database, you need to create a project.  A project specifies the following:

 

the database you want to extract the files from

the location to store the exported files

the naming convention of the exported files

 

The project wizard contains the following pages:

 

1.Project settings - stores details of this export project
2.Database - stores details on the database to export files from
3.Export items - stores details on which items to extract
4.Export options - stores details on the folders and naming convention for the exported files
5.Export progress - displays the progress of the export process

 

Once created, you can save a project so that you can reuse the settings at a later date.
