On this page, you specify where you want to store the exported files, and how you want to name them.
OLE Object types
You can enter different naming conventions for embedded OLE packages, and embedded OLE objects. See here for an explanation on the differences between the two types of embedded objects. See here on how to specify naming conventions.
If you have linked files that are now located in different folders, you can use the Redirect button to specify the new folders.
Other types
You can also export files stored in non-OLE Object fields. Enter the file naming convention, and also an extension for unknown file types. Select the Skip file identification option if you just want to export the blob data as is, and don't want the product to try to identify the file type.
