Script editor

The script editor is where you write your script to create your documents. See this topic for more details on scripting in SQL Size.

scripteditor_01

When you first run your script, SQL Size will collect data from the instance indicated in the Instance list. If you want to test the script on another instance, just select the instance from the list.

On subsequent runs, SQL Size will use the data already collected. However, if you want to always collect the current data before running the script, select the Refresh data option.

If you want to send emails out when alerts are raised, select the Send emails option.
