new option to the system values for your file naming convention.<\/p>\n<p>Using this example:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1022\" sizes=\"(max-width: 794px) 100vw, 794px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Each row contains 2 binary-type columns.\u00a0 We can name our exported images using the <strong>ProductPhotoID<\/strong> column, but to identify the source column for the images, we could previously only use the column index<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1033\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yohz.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/colname_01.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"537\" height=\"191\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.yohz.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/colname_01.png 537w, https:\/\/www.yohz.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/colname_01-300x107.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 537px) 100vw, 537px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The first part of the file name is the <strong>ProductPhotoID<\/strong> value, formatted to 4 digits, and the second part is the column index (columns 2 and 3).<\/p>\n<p>From <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yohz.com\/siv8_details.htm\">SQL Image Viewer<\/a> 10.2 onwards, you can now use the column name as part of the naming convention.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1034\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yohz.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/colname_03.png\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1035\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yohz.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/colname_04.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"601\" sizes=\"(max-width: 601px) 100vw, 601px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can select this new option (<strong>columnname<\/strong>) in the <strong>File Naming Convention<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n<p><img sizes=\"(max-width: 575px) 100vw, 575px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you want to use a different value for the column name, simply use the alias syntax applicable to your database engine.\u00a0 For SQL Server,
