DB Doc PDF and Word report templates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The PDF and Word reports in DB Doc share the same template. \u00a0Most of the elements in the PDF template are customizable. \u00a0To customize the report, click on the <strong>Edit<\/strong>\u00a0button next to the <strong>Report template<\/strong> file name.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone memos are text elements you use to display static text or database values. \u00a0Double click on any text element in the template to bring up the memo editor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: database schema value. \u00a0Text memos enclosed in square brackets are schema element values, and are retrieved from the schema that is being processed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><img of Contents<\/strong> page, there are a lot of text memos that display the schema element type, which is a static text, followed by the schema element name.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><img style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u00a0The DB Doc help file contains a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yohz.com\/help\/dbdoc\/tserver_database.htm\">reference<\/a> for all the schema elements you can use in your reports. \u00a0Once you&#8217;ve set up your text values, you can drag the element handles to resize the element, or reposition the element in the report.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>graphic elements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Graphical elements are those images or icons you see displayed in the report template. \u00a0To modify the image, double click on the existing image.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-67\" <strong>Picture<\/strong> editor. \u00a0Click on the <strong>Load<\/strong>\u00a0icon to load your png, bmp, or jpeg image, then click on the <strong>OK<\/strong>\u00a0button to display that image in save the template. \u00a0You can save the template under a new name to create a new template if you want to preserve the default template. \u00a0Remember to select the appropriate template when you
