{"id":859,"date":"2020-07-04T00:21:07","date_gmt":"2020-07-03T16:21:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yohz.com\/blogs\/?p=859"},"modified":"2020-07-04T00:21:07","modified_gmt":"2020-07-03T16:21:07","slug":"raw-image-file-support-in-sql-image-viewer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yohz.com\/blogs\/2020\/07\/04\/raw-image-file-support-in-sql-image-viewer\/","title":{"rendered":"Raw image file support in SQL Image Viewer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yohz.com\/siv8_details.htm\">SQL Image Viewer<\/a> 10 adds support to display RAW camera image files.\u00a0 If <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yohz.com\/siv8_details.htm\">SQL Image Viewer<\/a> fails to display your RAW images, please send us a copy of the file for further analysis, to <a href=\"mailto:support@yohz.com\">support@yohz.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You need to take into account the following when exporting RAW image files from your database using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yohz.com\/siv8_details.htm\">SQL Image Viewer<\/a>.\u00a0 Raw image files are exported using the <strong>.raw<\/strong> extension by default.\u00a0 This is because <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yohz.com\/siv8_details.htm\">SQL Image Viewer<\/a> is unable to distinguish between the different raw formats (cr2, crw, nef, tec).<\/p>\n<p>To export the raw image files using the correct extension, you need to have a column that contains the source file name.
