The product retrieves the list of tables from the selected database and presents them in a list. You can choose to export all items from a specific table, or you can enter a SQL query that returns only the files you want to export.
Export from a specific table
A list of all the tables in the selected database is displayed. Select the table you want to extract the files from.
Export using the results of a SQL query
Enter the SQL query you want to use to select the files to export. In addition to the OLE Object columns, you need to include text fields you want to use for the files' naming convention. See File naming conventions for details.
Click Next to enter where you want to store and name the exported files.
