Updating a library
It’s common to have to add images to your existing library. The process is similar to when you first created and added images to your library. Click on the Manage libraries button. In the Manage Libraries window, select the library you want to add images to, and click on the Edit button. To add new images, click on the Add/update images from folders button. Enter the paths to the images you want to add. DICOM Search will ignore all images that have already been indexed. It does this by comparing the file name, the file size and last modified date. Thus, you won’t have the same image indexed and appearing twice in your search results.
