Access OLE Export/SQL Blob Export extracts files embedded in OLE Object fields/blob fields from Access databases and other server-based databases.  The 'product' in this help file refers to both Access OLE Export and SQL Blob Export.

For OLE Object fields, the product can also extract files from databases where Access was used as the front-end to store files in OLE Object-type fields.  It can extract OLE embedded packages, and recognises most embedded OLE documents.  It supports the database types listed here.

The product can also extract files stored in Access attachment-type columns.
