Top  Previous  Next

You can use DICOM tags to name your copied files.  For e.g. you want to name your files using the referring physician name DICOM tag value (0008,0090).

To do that, select the Rename files using custom naming convention option and enter the tag value <0008,0090>:

In situations where you have multiple images belonging to the same physician, you may want to create a subfolder for each physician.  You can do this by using the tag in the target folder value.

Now your images will be copied to sub-folders belonging to each physician.

You can use multiple tags together, but each tag must be enclosed in angled brackets e.g.

You can also use alises in place of tags, if you already have aliases defined.  The alias must also be enclosed in angled brackets e.g.
