You can add notes to your series by clicking on the Add/edit notes for this series button.
In the Notes window, you can add/edit notes to your series. You can also export the notes to RTF format, and also Word and PDF if you have Microsoft Word installed.
You can also add and edit the notes in the patient history listing.
