This function helps you extract text from your PDF files. The text will be stored in text files. To start extracting text, select one or more PDF files, then click on the Extract text button:
The Extract Text options are then displayed.
Enter the folder to store your files in. You will also need to enter a file naming convention for the text files. You can use tags as part of the folder or file names using the original file name as a template.
You can choose to store all the exported text in a single file, or create a separate file for each page of the PDF files.
If you choose to store all the text in a single file, you can some text to separate each page in the file. If you choose to create separate files for each page, you can add a suffix to each file to identify the page number.
