Run a query to retrieve the blob columns containing your PDF files. If the column contains valid PDF content, SQL Image Viewer displays a PDF icon to represent the file, and the tool-tip displays details of the file.
You can open the PDF content by double clicking on the icon. You can also save the content to disk by opening the context menu, and select the Save item... option.
